This quirky cake contains a mixture of carrots, sprouts, parsnips, chestnuts and cranberries and has taken its place in the stores of Waitrose/Ocado just in time for Christmas priced at £18. This specialist cake was the idea of Alison Whitmash who got backing for her idea in the shape of £50,000 from Dragons Den's Deborah Meaden.
